Welcome to American Life Real Estate. My name is Daisuke Hino Michael, and I am the representative of American Life Real Estate.

I was born in Tokyo in 1988, and from my junior high school days through my professional career, I have been greatly shaped by my experiences studying abroad in California, USA. Being immersed in the vibrant and expansive American culture left a lasting impression on me that I still remember vividly today.

After returning to Japan, I began my career as an insurance salesman, eventually taking on the role of financial planner for a foreign financial institution, where I worked for about 10 years. Driven by the desire to help people feel more secure in their daily lives, I was inspired to establish a real estate company—a company where clients can fully trust us with what may be the biggest purchase of their lives: their home.

At American Life Real Estate, we are guided by the philosophy of “valuing ideas.” Our goal is to cultivate a team of specialists who keep clients’ futures in mind and provide an approach that combines real estate and financial services.

We also prioritize cost efficiency, running our business from a home office to keep our expenses down. This allows us to offer unique services like zero commission fees. While we look forward to having a beautiful office space in the future, for now, we’re focused on keeping costs low to pass those savings on to our clients.
